Although it's not impossible to start your own business, it does take some serious planning. I certainly don't advise anyone to just begin a random company on a whim. There is research and financing involved. Start with your concept. Let's say your personal dream is to own a coffee shop. Okay, now it's time to research your area or the area you plan to open the coffee shop. What is the population? How many coffee houses are already there? What will it take to rent or purchase a venue for your new business? What are the most prudent hours to stay open? And finally, how much do you have in savings in order to make this dream to start your own business a reality? So, you have an idea of factors to ponder before opening a business of your own. If you currently have a full-time job, then why not begin slowly. Use the extra income you have to get your new dream off the ground. It can be a spare time project. Once it begins to succeed, you can consider ditching the job you despise. This way you can focus all your efforts on your new ideal career.
